At Phoenix Atelier By Roula, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detaills.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases on original artwork, resin pieces, clocks, or decorative items.

Bespoke & Commissioned Work

All bespoke commissions and custom-made artwork are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once work has commenced.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of dilevery with clear photographs of item, packaging and shipping label.

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
